A family bathroom with bath over shower completes this charming home from home. In terms of location, The Hutchison Road Residence enjoys the best of both worlds. The City Centre is within easy reach, with Lothian buses running services every ten minutes from around the corner on Hutchison Place, or you could jump in the car or a taxi and be amongst the main attractions in 10 minutes. Slateford train station is just a few hundred metres from the apartment, taking you to Haymarket station in under five minutes, or Waverley in under 10. The local area provides some respite from the hustle and bustle, but is packed full of great amenities. Across the road is M&S Simply Food and Aldi, so no matter what your budget, your self-catering trip couldn’t be any easier! There’s also a 24h Asda a short stroll away, as well as various family friendly restaurants and takeaways. If you fancy something active, there are several large gyms, a sports complex and bowling all within a few minutes’ walk. Those visiting for an event couldn’t be better placed, as the Edinburgh Corn Exchange is just 150 metres from apartment. Arriving at The Hutchison Road Residence couldn't be any easier. We've already mentioned the proximity to Slateford train station, but those travelling by air or car are also in luck. Drivers have easy access to the city bypass, and flyers can use the Skylink 300 bus, which stops just one minute from the apartment on Chesser Avenue. This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself in to the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed. The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already. A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival. Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.More
