This is a lovely apartment with kitchen, washing machine and living room. It is located in a great neighbourhood that is walking distance to the old town of Edinburgh. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good location and adequate facilities in a student like pad in Stockbridge. The photo is not what you get but as a base it’s fine . No problems with the accommodation just not what we were expecting.

Stayed here for a few days with our wee puppy. Apartment was superb.. Really well appointed, everything you needed locally.. Stockbridge is beautiful. Wee garden area perfect for puppy (shame gate broken as had to keep on lead). Would not hesitate to stay here again....More

About the neighbourhood
Edinburgh is one of Scotland's top tourist destinations, with the annual Edinburgh Festival and Fringe and Hogmanay festivities being key events for the thousands of visitors who come to the capital city every year. Visit the castle, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile to experience some of Edinburgh's history. Once you get to the top of the Mile you can indulge in some whisky tasting at the famous Scotch Whisky experience. There are museums full of interesting artefacts and many wonderful galleries and exhibitions, including the Royal Scottish Academy and the Gallery of Modern Art, which is set in stunning gardens and has a wonderful cafe. How to get there
If you are flying into Edinburgh, there is a bus that leaves the airport every 25 minutes and terminates at Waverley Bridge, just above Waverley station. From there, you can take a taxi to the apartment. which is about 1.5 miles or 2km away. If you are getting a train into the city, you can again take a taxi to the apartment, or alternatively get a 36 bus, which goes directly to the apartment. If you are driving, there is metred parking from Monday through to Friday, with no parking restrictions on Saturday and Sunday.
