Interaction with guests
Shortly after I accept your booking I will send details of how to get to The Cooperage and request an address for me to send a set of keys for you to access the property. I have sent keys by registered secured post to New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, Europe etc and never had any issues. The mail service in these countries have always delivered the keys to the address provided. If there was a problem with receiving keys I would personally meet the guests as soon as they arrive at The Cooperage to give them another set. Once I have notification from the guest that they have received the keys I will provide the following additional information:- Alarm system instructions, My contact details, Where to deposit the keys on departure etc.
