Access to the apartment is from a secluded courtyard. 2 flights of stairs bring you to the front door of the property which leads into an attractive light hallway with wooden floors.The living room is on your left and looks out over the paved courtyard which has been planted with an attractive selection of shrubs and trees. The room is light and airy with a high loft style ceiling and has been simply with a 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs arranged around the ornamental fireplace. There is a TV with DVD player, free Wifi and an ipod docking station. At the other end of the room there is a small dining table with seating for 4 guests. Next to living room is the galley kitchen with an internal window into the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of glass, china, cutlery and cookware. There is also a washer dryer provided for your convenience. The 2 bedrooms are situated to the back of the property and the Master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and 2 bedside cabinets and has lots of built in wardrobe space. The second bedroom has twin beds and again a built in wardrobe providing plenty of storage space. Both rooms offer lovely views up to Calton hill. The bathroom which completes the accommodation has a bath and shower over, toilet wash hand basin and large mirror. The garage, which is directly below the apartment can be accessed down 3 flights of stairs.More
