However should there be any queries or problems I can be contacted 24 hrs a day and there is a lady in St Andrews available on call to sort out any problems requiring immediate assistance.
This small cottage is absolutely gorgeous. We were so impressed when we walked through the front door. So clean, tidy and a lot bigger than what I thought it was going to be. Even though the street has no parking, parking was not an issue and we didn’t struggle to get parked within a 1 min walk. We are definitely going to be back.

Fantastic stay!
Do not look many further if you are looking for a great place to stay in St. Andrews! I stayed with my 3 friends and it was just a perfect place right in the heart of the town. Literally minutes away from all the shops restaurants sights and beaches. The house has everything you would ever need and more. It was lovely and cosy especially since our weather was not the best. Unfortunately we never got the use of the wee courtyard off the living area which would be great to sit in the better weather. Provided is a tasting bar with whiskies and other spirits which was complimentary (unless you got carried away and drank it dry 😉). You were also left money incase there was anything that you thought was missed which is very thoughtful and kind. Great communication with the owner Graham who was on hand by phone or email if there would have been any problems. Easy to access with a key fob and instructions on the appliances and heating. Overall a perfect long weekend with friends in a lovely home in the stunning town of St. Andrews. 😊

First class accommodation, it is so good that I’ve booked it again!
Everything you need is within walking distance from the bolt hole, great
restaurants, bars, lovely shops and supermarkets. And of course the “old course” is very near also. The beaches are very clean and tidy and also near hand to the accommodation.

Ideal spot for a relaxing weekend in St Andrews!
We had the most amazing weekend in St Andrews and such a big part of that was due to this fabulous home. It was in a perfect central location, equidistant from both stunning beaches and right in the heart of the historic town. This made seeing the area so easy and enjoyable. The place was clean and tidy with beautiful interiors and a great outdoor entertaining space. It was the little touches including the outdoor dining area and incredibly cosy rooms that made the bolthole ideal for a long weekend away! Thank you so much and look forward to the next visit.

Perfect Get away
You cannot get much more central than this little gem! We parked the car up on the Friday and didn't use it again until our homeward journey. Shops, pubs and restaurants all literally on your door step. Golf courses and beaches all within walking distance. The accommodation is five stars throughout!

Sublime- everything we could've dreamed of and more.
I recently stayed at The Bolthole with three friends as a birthday gift and it was an amazing weekend, one to remember. The Bolthole is located in the centre of St Andrews, metres away from convenience shops, the historic University buildings and Cathedral, tennis courts, the coast and local bars and restaurants. It is located in a quiet, pedestrianised street with parking nearby that is easily accessible. Whether you are visiting St Andrews for a fun family holiday or a sophisticated cultural experience, no matter what the occasion, The Bolthole accommodates for all.
Upon entering the accommodation you feel a sense of a home away from home. The interior decor is modern and tastefully furnished and decorated. One of the first things I noticed was how immaculate the apartment was, with the cleanliness of the utmost highest standard. The two bedrooms are of great size with plenty of room for luggage and the beds are comfy. We all had a great nights sleep. The joint kitchen and living area is a perfect space for everyone to be together and is equipped with everything anyone would need, from a dishwasher to a coffee machine, with coffee pods to use at our disposal. Ice is also provided, amongst many other things, which came in extremely handy on our first night whilst having drinks. Graham truly goes out of his way to cater for his guests. A welcome book is provided with all the necessary contact numbers readily available and instructions on how to use the appliances. The wifi is also notably excellent, very fast and easy to connect to. The TV comes with a whole range of channels and the sofa is comfy for when a night in seems more appealing.
The outdoor area gives the Bolthole character due to its rustic style and is perfect to sit out and bask in the sun- weather dependent of course. We had a lovely evening using the BBQ and we were delighted to use the bio-fuel provided to fuel the mini-fire bowls on the table for when it grew cooler, setting a nice ambience.
Graham goes above and beyond to cater for his guests and we felt cared for. This was due not only to everything that was provided but also the little touches such as being able to have a complimentary wee dram or blankets to keep us warm whilst enjoying the courtyard at night. I cannot recommend The Bolthole enough and it is a must-see in itself when visiting St Andrews. I am excited about my next visit!

Stunning Flat
Just came back from a wonderful stay at the Bolthole with a group of friends. I cannot praise this flat enough, it catered for all needs at an exceptional standard. The beds were so soft and slept like a baby. Outside seating area was just perfect and great for evening drinks and a bbq in the sun. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and in the centre of town.

Home from Home
The owners have gone out of their way to spend good money on this beautiful flat.
Beds are extremely comfortable, everything you need should you fancy cooking.
Power shower also very good.
If anyone has problems with walking then this is the place for you as St Andrews is on your doorstep with an abundance of restaurants and shops.
Just across from the flat is a lovely Indian restaurant food is amazing.
If talking a taxi from bus station it’s minutes away cost of £3.50 pound
So can’t wait to return...loved St Andrews streets are immaculate too
So get booking.

One of the joys of St Andrews is the ability to walk around the town - should you want to explore further afield a cycle hire shop (Spokes) is located a few hundred yards away from the house.
