Quality accommodation!
The bungalow at No 37 was spacious, clean, comfortable, and decorated to a high standard. It has a well equipped kitchen and a lovely enclosed outdoor area. The team were really helpful as well.

5 day trip to St Andrews
The house has everything you would need for a brilliant home from home. A bright modern space with beautiful comfy furnishings. Large spacious bathroom with a great walk in shower and luxurious bath. The kitchen and dinning area on a sunny day are the ideal spot for a coffee and relax . Loved the property and will certainly return in future.

Relaxing stay for our family & our puppy
My family & our puppy had a lovely relaxing stay in this lovely bungalow. Great location only 10 mins walk to beach & into town. We will be back to stay again.

Excellent House
This house was spotlessly clean and very spacious beds were very comfortable,nice private back garden,we took our golden retriever 11 years old and she loved it too. A nice easy walk to the town centre and the east and west sands 15-20 minutes. We found a short cut to M&S food straight through the R C school playground across from the house and your there in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this property and would definitely use again,give it a try you won’t be disappointed

Excellent Holiday House
This is a super house, very spacious and well equipped with a lovely garden. Beds are extremely comfortable and the furnishings and decor are top quality. Great location too.

Home from home
Lovely spacious bungalow with brilliant outdoor enclosed space for the dogs. About a 15 min walk from the centre of St Andrews and the same to East Sands beach. Everything there we needed and a lovely walk in shower plus bath was a nice touch. Large parking area out the front meant the car was well off the street.

St Andrew's holiday break
My wife and I have just enjoyed a week's holiday in St Andrews Our accommodation at No 37 was excellent the house was as per the web site description , very clean and plenty of room to move around in. As the weather was so nice we made a lot of use of the rear garden which was a lovely sun trap The location of the house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and only a twenty minutes walk to the town centre All in all this was a great location to visit all the villages along the Fife coastline. My one small complaint was the location of the key box being a foot off the ground was difficult for an old man,and as I am to get down to and open but we managed after a struggle. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to advise anyone who is thinking of visiting St Andrews to use No 37 as their accommodation

Outstanding accommodation
Great location, beach is a 2 minute drive away, fenced in back garden which was great for our little dog. House has everything you need and was spotless, large kitchen and bathroom, will definitely visit again

Superb pet friendly accommodation, highly recommend.
Brilliant location, 10 minute walk to East Sands beach and 15 minutes to the town. High quality accommodation, everything provided for. Great enclosed rear garden. Highly recommend.

How to get there
Getting to St. Andrews. Arriving by train, Leuchars is the closest station. It is five miles away. There are normally taxis waiting and there is also a regular bus service to St. Andrews which runs in conjunction with the arrival of the trains. Arriving by car, From Edinburgh, head for the Forth Road Bridge , then join the M90 and stay on this road until junction 2A signposted Glenrothes, Kircaldy, this will take you on to the A92 where you can then follow the signs for St. Andrews. From Glasgow, leave Glasgow on the M8 and head for the Kincardine Bridge, once over the Kincardine Bridge take the A985 and head for Glenrothes, Kircaldy, this will take you on to the A92 where you can then follow the signs for St. Andrews. From The North head to Dundee and cross the Tay Road Bridge, once over the bridge follow the signs for St. Andrews. If you are using a satellite navigation system the postcode to enter is KY16 8DE
