Good sized property close to Hydro and science centre where the wedding was held. Only a few minutes walk away. Easy access, great views over the River Clyde. Everything we needed was available. Martin greeted us and showed us how everything worked and left us to it. On our next visit to Glasgow we would certainly consider staying here.

Enjoyed staying in this 2 bedroom condo. The owner is amicable and helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen functional, living room spacious. The only downside was that it was not very clean. I was prepared for this and spent several hours cleaning and organizing the kitchen to my liking and sanitizing the bathrooms. The place could use new living room furniture and rug as both are very worn and also very dirty. Location was a nice walk from the city centre and bus service was great. Was noisy on weekend nights which was a drawback as I had to keep windows open as it got VERY hot in the condo. There were no fans or air conditioning. I would stay there again though because overall, it was well worth the price!

The flat was awesome! Very homey, there’s a neat little store on the ground floor just outside of the building that has food, coffee, toiletries, etc. everything is within walking distance. We loved our stay, Martin was great at communicating with us and offered advice on how to get to the places we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend and if we are ever in Glasgow again, we will be looking to book here again!

The apartment was very nice with great light, it seemed clean until one looked closer. The rug in the living room was very dirty, the kitchen cabinets doors were dirty and greasy, the apartment had all that it was needed to be comfortable, but it was hard to find a simple bowl or wooden spoon, since everything was all mixed around, for example the bowl was at the back of a cabinet with the paper towels and the wooden spoon and some cooking utensils were in a drawer with papers dishwasher pods, tape. . . etc. etc.
I rather stay in hotels, but wanted to stay in a place that I could do laundry, so I made sure to look for a place with washer and dryer so I could packed less clothes for me and my family; however when I got to the apartment that was the first think I looked for and asked the owner. . . well he said it was broken :( we were there for almost a week and there was no attempt to have it fix.

Perfect apartment for an SEC Conference
My wife and I stayed in this apartment in Glasgow while I attended a conference at the SEC. Its location is very convenient for walking back and forth to the SEC daily. It's better than staying in a hotel room because you have a lot more space and you can cook your own meals. It's about a 20 minute walk to some of the best shopping and dining areas and to the Kevlingrove. My wife enjoyed her stay in Glasgow while I was working using this as her base. Martin was great on his communications.
