Keys can be accessed from a key box at the front door. Suggestions of things to do and see can be found at our website and there are lots of brochures and ideas in the house. We have an emergency contact who lives close to Aviemore and we can always be reached to answer any queries our guests may have.

On the outskirts of Aviemore this house was perfect for our weekend break. All three couples really enjoyed the excellent amenities provided for us. No.10 is a large and modern house with ample room for 8 people. It had all of the items and mod-cons we could possibly think of and made cooking meals together a real pleasure. We had so much fun exploring the Cairngorms that we barely touched the media room - another real treat especially if you are bringing children along....

About the neighbourhood
Aviemore is a hugely popular all-year-round destination for very good reason.

For a start, it's a magnet for outdoors enthusiasts of all kinds. There's superb ski-ing and snowboarding in season, climbing, ice-climbing, walking, cycling (with countless cycle tracks), golf (Championship golf courses), sailing and canoeing (there are numerous watersports centres), horseriding, shooting, fishing and birdwatching (the famous Ospreys at Boat of Garten are a huge draw for ornithologists). On top of that attractions like the Landmark Forest Adventure Park, The Cairngorm Reindeer Herd (trek with or adopt your own reindeer!), the Funicular railway to the top of the Cairngorms and the Strathspey Steam Railway (have lunch or dinner aboard) make sure there's always something to do here....

The best way to get around is undoubtedly by car, though sights and activities closer to Aviemore can always be accessed by bike. There are a number of bike hire shops - in fact theres one very close to No. 10.

Ferry: Rosyth: 180.0 km
Aviemore has a mainline train station on the London - Inverness line and is also close to Inverness Dalcross airport. Its easily accessible by road as well.
If you prefer to travel by car we'll give you full directions to the house. There are plenty parking spaces outside and close to No. 10.
