My lovely flat has a large double height living room with an open plan kitchen with all cooking essentials and has plenty of storage space. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: This apartment is in one of the coolest areas in the vibrant and exciting community of the Northern Quarter. Famed for its independent shops and boutiques, where you can pick up designer or retro clothes, rare vinyl’s, collectable comics, unusual furniture and superb art and crafts. It has a lively social scene with beautiful restaurants, cool bars, quirky coffee shops, and music venues… there is also a local pub where you can have a good karaoke singalong with the locals. There is a Tesco express and a Co-op a 5 minute walk away on Church Street as well as few small corner shops even closer. The Arndale shopping centre has a food market as well with several fish / meat / veg / deli stalls. Getting Around: The apartment is close to many transport options, and is walkable to many parts of town as well as local train stations. Only 2min walk to Shudehill tram/coach station, 5min to Market St tram stop. It is about 10-12 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly railway station, and about 5 minutes to Manchester Victoria railway station. Manchester is a very walkable city as well as having lots of public transport options to get you around. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
