The apartment is located on the Mezzanine floor with lift access. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, the space includes a large open planned living/kitchen area, 49' SMART TV in the lounge with Netflix (Enabled), DVD player including extensive DVD collection, Bluetooth Speaker, DAB Radio and high-speed internet access which should give you everything you need for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, including a stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Feel free to use the toaster, coffee machine and cooking utensils provided as well! Have a good night's sleep in the double bedroom, fitted with a cupboard and TV for your use. The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests. Enjoy the other amenities in our home, including an iron and washing machine. Guest Access: You will have access to my entire home during your stay. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. Happy to meet for exchange of keys and available for apartment tour and questions on arrival. Always contactable by phone if you need anything throughout the duration of your stay. The Neighborhood: The building is built around a communal garden which all residents share and only a stone's throw away from some fantastic green space in Angel Meadows Park. The building sits in a highly sought after area that whilst only a short stroll away from some of the city’s coolest spots retains a peaceful and private feel. You will be 5 mins walk the heart of Manchester's coolest, most bohemian districts of the Northern Quarter & Ancoats. Home to a raft of independent cafes, bars, restaurants and venues. Definitely try Federal for breakfast! Many iconic Mancunian establishments are also just a stone’s throw of the apartment - Band on the wall (amazing live music venue) the Marble Arch Pub (excellent food and artisan beers), The Angel Pub (great beer range and a lively evening atmosphere. Quiz night on Mondays!), Mackie Mayor (a beautiful listed building, an old Manchester market house recently refurbished and full of fantastic independent food and drink stalls). There is a shop just around the corner called the ‘Nip In’ at ‘85 Rochdale road M4 4HY’ as well as a Spar a couple of minutes away. Next to the Nip In is a lovely pub that does great food and drinks called ‘The Marble Arch’ plus another local traditional style pub with a large beer garden called ‘The Angel’, a favourite for locals in the area. Getting Around: Shudehill Bus and Tram stop 5 mins walk! 5 mins walk to Victoria Station (Trains & Trams) 10-15 mins walk to Piccadilly Station (Trains & Trams) Other Things to Note: There is some limited free parking on the surrounding streets. This is for 2 hour maximum stays 8AM-6PM during the week and 8AM-Noon on Saturdays, i.e. if you have a parking spot from 4PM during the week you will not have to move the car until 10AM the following morning. Any parking outside of these hours is free both in the bays & on single yellow lines. However, there is a number of large car parks in the area including one on the corner on Gould Street that's only £4 for 24 hours (cash only) Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
