The Space: My lovely home is situated on a beautiful estate in a prime location in Central Manchester. It's located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible. The flat has two large, beautifully presented bedrooms - one of which is en suite. The double size beds are fitted with comfy mattresses and fresh, hotel quality linen. The living room boast light and space with a large couch that would substitute just fine for a bed, especially for those cramming in for the football - the City ground is just 10 minutes walk from the flat! High speed internet and living room has a mounted smart TV complete with HDMI cable for laptop use. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, including a stove, microwave, oven and fridge. Feel free to use the toaster and cooking utensils as you please! Situated in the heart of Manchester, my flat is within strolling distance to the Northern Quarter, Piccadilly train station, Market Street / Arndale Centre, and Manchester City Football ground is also just a short walk away. There is also a Tram Stop within walking distance from the flat, connecting you to all parts of the city within minutes. With some of Manchester’s best loved bars / restaurants / shops, theatre and nightlife just a short-walk away, this flat is superbly located for both work & pleasure. Guest Access: You will have access to my entire home during your stay. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: The building is right beside several canals, which are full of houseboats, Canada Geese, cormorants and travelling barges. The whole area is transforming and is now full of restaurants, apartments, bars and creative industries which give it a real buzz. It is also right on the doorstep of the city centre and the Northern Quarter, Manchester's bohemian area, which is full of vintage shops, galleries, inviting cafes, music venues and lively bars. And right beside the flat is a great local cafe Cafe Vivid and a great little theatre and bar called the Hope Mill Theatre It is very close to the Velopark, home of the UK's unrivalled cycling team and also the home of Manchester City Football team, the Ethihad stadium Among the places you should visit is Rudi's Pizzas which has been voted one of the best in the country. Getting Around: You are right next to Manchester city centre and New Islington Metrolink tram stop is right outside the building 15 Minute walk from Piccadilly Gardens (Main Bus station and Metrolink stations). 10 minute walk from Piccadilly Station which has several free shuttle bus services around Manchester 5 Minute walk to the Northern Quarter's bars and restaurants. From the AIRPORT there is a 14 minute train to Piccadilly Station Other Things to Note: PARKING: There is free parking outside the apartment at the following times/days. (Snell St) Mon-Friday 6pm-8am. Saturday 12.30pm to Mon 8am. Any time outside these are permit only. There is a street next to the flat (Harrison St) with 24/7 free parking but limited spaces. There is also several car parks by the hour on Pollard Street (2 min walk) Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
