Have a wonderful stay in our 2 bedroom home in the buzzing and exciting Northern Quarter. The area is filled with some of Manchester's best restaurants, bars and stores. Only an 8 minute walk to Victoria Station and Shudehill coach/tram stop, you're easily linked around town! Perfect for 6 guests, the home features 2 cosy bedrooms, a full kitchen and a private balcony. Feel free the use the kitchenware and toaster provided as well. The space is perfect to prepare a tasty home cooked meal anytime you please! Have a good nights sleep in the 2 double bedrooms. Complete with plenty of cupboard space, you can make yourself right at home. There are 2 full bathroom, with 1 bathroom boasting a bathtub! Enjoy the use of the other amenities provided in our home, including the washer, iron/board and clothes rack. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home! Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: Only a stone's throw away from some fantastic green space in Angel Meadows Park. The building sits in a highly sought after area that whilst only a short stroll away from some of the city’s coolest spots retains a peaceful and private feel. You will be 5 mins walk the heart of Manchester's coolest, most bohemian districts of the Northern Quarter & Ancoats. Home to a raft of independent cafes, bars, restaurants and venues. Definitely try Federal for breakfast! Many iconic Mancunian establishments are also just a stone’s throw of the apartment - Band on the wall (amazing live music venue) the Marble Arch Pub (excellent food and artisan beers), The Angel Pub (great beer range and a lively evening atmosphere. Quiz night on Mondays!), Mackie Mayor (a beautiful listed building, an old Manchester market house recently refurbished and full of fantastic independent food and drink stalls). Getting Around: There is some limited free parking on the surrounding streets. This is for 2 hour maximum stays 8AM-6PM during the week and 8AM-Noon on Saturdays, ie if you have a parking spot from 4PM during the week you will not have to move the car until 10AM the following morning. Any parking outside of these hours is free both in the bays & on single yellow lines. However, there is a large car park round the corner on Gould street that's only £4 for 24 hours (cash only) Bus station and Shudehill tram stop 5 mins walk! 5-10 mins walk to Victoria Station 10 mins walk to Piccadilly Station Bus stops at 3 mins walk and tram stop at 5 mins walk! 5-10 mins walk to Victoria Station 20 mins walk to Piccadilly Station Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) Unfortunately, we do not accept any post to be delivered to the property, If you do so, please note we are not responsible for post collection or lost.
