This 210 square meter (2300 square feet) five-bedroom three-bathroom townhouse is located steps from Saint Sulpice, Saint Germain des Près, and the lovely Jardin de Luxembourg. The house is found on one the most chic addresses in Paris - the very elegant, quiet, wide and extremely safe Rue de Tournon (also home to the French Senate and the Garde Républicaine). The residential part of the townhouse is located on the 3rd to 6th floors. The bottom floors are occupied by a discrete art gallery open only a few hours a day.
