We loved it here! The rooms have been modernised without losing the charm of an old French farmhouse. We found it particularly useful to have the use of the kitchen to cook in the evening. It was idyllic to sit outside looking out over the old farm buildings. Of course, the breakfasts with freshly made pancakes are such a treat.
We were visiting Giverny which is under 25 minutes away so it was easy to be there when it opened at 9.30 to avoid the queue. We also enjoyed Vernon and the breath taking views from Chateau Gaillard.
Apparently it is possible to go by train into Paris from Vernon so this b and b would be a very good place to stay if you wanted to also visit Paris.
Virginie and her daughter Penelope were very welcoming and friendly. Can thoroughly recommend.
