This beautiful Nicois apartment is set in the heart of Nice close to the beach, Old Town & the port. Recently refurbished to the highest standard. The famous Promenade du Paillon is just 5 minutes away, on foot. You can enjoy the greenery and fresh air and for children there is an eco-friendly playground, lots of fun.The Building is Ultra-secure with Two extra-heavydouble doors before entering the apartment.


Dates: 15th December 2015 to 15th March 2018

The superb view from this apartment is temporarily compromised by the ongoing construction of the new tram way. This work is due to finish in March 2016. Construction work begins Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Please note the apartment is double-glazed and the noise is minimal.

I stayed at Jean's beautiful apartment recently and I was so happy to have chosen to stay there. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious and the location is excellent. There is a bit of construction going on around that area but we were out during the day so it didn't really bother us. Would definitely stay there again when...

The apartment is just off Place Garibaldi and couldn't be more centrally located, with many shops and cafes on our doorstep. A short, fascinating walk away was the daily market in the Cours Saleya, and beyond it the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The fact that the work on the new tramway was in the same street did not...

We had a lovely holiday in Nice and highly recommend this flat. The flat was lovely and spacious with two good sized bedrooms each with individual wash facilities. About the neighbourhood
Place Garibaldi is a very vibrant area, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. there is a huge supermarket Monoprix in
The Place. A wonderful BIO shop and all transportation leaves and arrives from there.

there is an antique market on Saturdays in the Place and lots of events on and off throughout the year.

The old town is minutes walk, the fruit vegetable, flower open market is open every morning from 6 a.m.
The NICE Port too is just 5 minutes walk with 'pavement' restaurants to sit and have dinner or just drinks.

bakery and local shops are just a walk away. very convenient area.
Getting around
Bus or Tram is highly recommended. Of course Parking is very well covered,
street parking or covered parking. I am happy to instruct you on this and
send links to nearby parking.

Airport: number 98 Airport bus: 8.0 km
Railway: NICE Main Train station: 5.0 km
Ferry: Ferry to Corsica is 10 minutes walking: 2.0 km
From NICE airport the 98 airport bus takes 20 minutes and stops at Place Garibaldi which is very near, 5 minutes on foot
To the apartment. Cost is €6

the main NICE Station is just 4 stops On The Tram, again stopping at Place Garibaldi. very easy to arrive from airport or train station.

The team cost 1.50 euro per person.
