The ECOTASA is included in the price. AT YOUR ARRIVAL On the day of arrival, the house will be available from 16.00hrs. A previous arrival is not recommended as it is when the general maintenance of the villa takes place, although if you plan to arrive earlier, please contact us and we can suggest places to go shopping, eat or even organize a time of arrival earlier if possible. Also upon arrival at the villa, a lease must be signed, and a credit card number will be requested as a guarantee of preservation of the villa. In this villa you must provide a credit card on arrival in order to make a retention of € 1000 as a "security deposit", after leaving the villa will be reviewed and the retention will be canceled in case of no have material damage.
