Laundry room: Washer itself. Pool Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Cleaning: 2 times a week. With changing bed linen and towels provided, remembering that the bungalow has extra clothes possible contingencies.
Private parking a few yards, gardens, beside the new Angry Birds of Puerto Rico, new construction and unique in Spain.

Interaction with guests: Ernesto the owner will be there to welcome you on arrival, give you the key¡ys and show you around. He can give you any information about the area and anything you need during your stay.
This bungalow is in a great location very close to the commercial centre. The only steps are the ones inside the complex. Not too many at all. The pool area is fabulous with loads of sunbeds. The pool is really cold though but most are. Didn’t stop us getting in! Most of the time there were just us around the pool. The massive terrace has a lovely large table and loads of sunbeds with a large umbrella. Sun all day. Security is outstanding. Key to get in the complex. Key to get through the door to the terrace. Key for the shutters. Key for the actual door. Then a safe too. You will feel very secure. You soon get used to all the keys. Ernesto the owner is fantastic. We had an issue with one of the toilets. Next day fixed. Clean towels and bed linen changed every week. No pool towels though so bring your own. The air conditioning is the best I have ever known. Dishwasher and washing machine were very handy as we were there for 4 weeks. Massive tv too with loads of English channels. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a bit noisy at night as the commercial centre is nearby but that is the same for everyone. But you get used to it. There are 3 bedrooms with single beds in each. They are really clean and very comfortable. The 4th room is just a spare room really with no storage facilities and the 2nd shower room window opens on to the room. So I wouldn’t recommend using it as a bedroom. We tended to put all our suitcases in there. I would recommend that up to 6 people plus child in a cot sleep there. I wouldn’t hesitate booking here. We had an amazing holiday.

Bungalow Isla Margarita
Six of us have just enjoyed a weeks stay in the bungalow. The location is ideal for everything and we had more than enough space, equipment & facilities for our stay. Ernesto the owner is very helpful and really looked after us. I would not hesitate to book again

Excellent stay in an excellent location
The best thing about this villa is its fantastic location literally steps away from the shopping centre and a 5 minute stroll from the beach. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. All bedrooms and the lounge area are air-conditioned which will be very important in summer. There is a cleaner lady who comes over every four days to change the bedding and clean around. Ernesto, the owner is very friendly and is always around if you need help. Would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back!

High quality great location
A real quality bungalow in great condition located close to the commercial centre and only a short stroll to the beach, easy to book with Juila, Ernesto on hand when you arrive to show you around and very pleasent to deal with.

Excellent From Start to Finish
Don’t normally leave reviews but Ernesto and his villa deserve the praise. Booking was simple thanx to quick and easy communication from julie. On arrival Ernesto was there to meet us. He’s a lovely chap who made sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself is much bigger than I expected, 3 twin bedrooms and a room at back with bunk beds. The lounge and dining area is big and comfortable, and has everything you’d find in your own home. From irons and hairdryers and washing machine and dishwasher right down to bottle openers and corkscrew, you really will have everything you need. There’s two bathrooms both with showers and everywhere is air conditioned. The terrace area is massive. I think Ernesto has done some updating since the pictures that are on here as everything is fresh and the massive table and chairs and 6 sun loungers were great. There really is so much space, we have 3 kids and they had so much fun playing around the villa. It’s also located right next to the pool which is great. Ernesto popped round once during the fortnight to check we had everything we needed and a cleaner came 2 or 3 times and did a fantastic job. On the last day Ernesto came round and helped us with our cases back to the bus. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will be booking back up for next year! Thanx Ernesto!!!!!

Great Villa
Ernesto there to meet us, great bloke. Showed us round villa, photos dont do it justice, loads of room for 4 of us. 6 would not be any problem. Clean and spacious. Large veranda with large dining table and chairs and large umbrella. 6 sun loungers as well. Pool right beside villa also with loungers. Water very clean in pool, virtually our own pool as only see 4 others use it in the week were there.
Location of villa is very central and close to all Puerto Rico shops, bars and restaurants and only 5 minute walk to beach.
All in all we will definitely book with Ernesto again if we return to Gran Canaria.

Brilliant location and superb service by Ernesto
The villa was clean and had all the facilities you would need. There was ample storage and room to move around the villa and we took advantage of the on site BBQ to eat in one evening. Great for the shops and entertainment and easy reach for the beach with no hills to climb. I would go back to this villa in a heartbeat and we will be using some of Ernesto's other properties in Morgan in the future.
