Well maintained unique property with excellent facilities and stunning sea views.
Excellent choice for a relaxing break in Sitges, overlooking the sea and a short walk to the marina. Nothing was too much trouble for Ramon, the owner, who even went out of his way to deliver a lost i-pad to us in Barcelona following our weeks cruise around the Med. Can not thank him enough.

The view
The apartment is in excellent condition, clean and perfect for a Family. We feel like home. Consider rent a car or a bike, at least you like to walk, the train station is 20-25 min and the supermarket is like 10 min, walking. Ramon, was great providing all the information that we need, and was easy to contact him via whatsApp. We definitely want to come back.

Location, Location, Location!
Like other reviews, I will start with THE VIEWS - perfect. 180 degrees of Mediterranean Sea, flanked by a Harbour with lighthouse to the right and the cliffs of a National Park to the left. We sat on that balcony every night and even gave up going to Barcelona on our last day so we could enjoy the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. The dining table was big (though we ate on the balcony most of the time). The lounges were also good (though we spent most of our time on the balcony). The downstairs bedrooms with stunning views were roomy and the beds comfortable,, though too firm for some (perfect for me). Bathrooms were clean and stylish. The pool was lovely though very cold - in the heat of summer I'm sure this would be welcome. There is no air conditioning in the condo, but we only had one hot night and they do provide fans. Lovely 5-10 minute walk to the Marina/Harbour where there are some lovely restaurants. The heart of Sitges is another 15-20 minute walk from there along a lovely promenade. Great town. I would say the town and apartment are not so well suited to those with mobility issues...certainly not those with wheelchairs or walkers/Zimmer frames. For those with knee or hip issues, if you are happy moving up and down stairs slowly, sometimes without hand rails, then it is worth it to stay here. This was only a minor issue for my mother and me, but I thought I should mention it. Finally, Ramon was helpful, informative and lovely to work with. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to go back. Owner is brilliant couldn't be more helpful
This apartment is beautiful. I only wish we had been able to spend more time there as the facilities and attention to detail are excellent but we were out sightseeing most of the time. I would love to go back and just enjoy this beautiful carefully furnished apartment. The views are incredible. You can go to sleep listening to the waves outside your bedroom window. The owner Ramon speaks excellent English luckily for me. He is so so helpful kind and thoughtful and always available by phone or email. His communication is brilliant and always replied promptly to my questions. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay near Barcelona. The beach is a 5 minute walk if that from the apartment and very easy to get to. Lovely beach and just past there are a few nice restaurants also. I like to visit different places every holiday but have to say that I desperately want to go back here! Can't express how delighted we all were when we arrived and cannot praise Ramon enough for all his help

Lovely Villa
We loved the villa and had an amazing time there, the views are worth every bit! We were a group of 8 people, 2 slept upstairs (not the best of sleeper couch but there are other mattresses if you need). The villa it’s self is not for loads partying, it is more relaxed and chilled enviroement away from the hassle and bustle, this suited us fine – we may have made a little noise ourselves but we kept it to a minimum. The villa was very clean and the cupboards were stocked with spices, coffee, tea and cleaning products. The supermarket is about a 15/20 minute walk away and easily done. There are some lovely bars and restaurants at the marina (only 5 minutes away) and it is recommended you check them out. I only have one small criticism and that is the pool can be a little more of a friendly environment. There are no loungers and the boards on the wall makes it feel a little regimented. The little beach nearby is nice and rustic and if you can find a level spot to relax on you set as it is very peaceful. Town is a bit of a walk but with such a lovely view it does not make much of a difference or you can take a taxi that is about €8/9 in the day and about €12/13 in the late pm

Sensation d'être sur la mer et la vue
EN FRANCES ! Hors saison à la Casa del Mar, il y a fait pourtant presque beau tout le temps, la mer sous nos yeux, VRAIMENT SOUS nos yeux, sous nos pieds aussi, comme sur un bateau . Bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé, propre. 1 semaine Presque tout est dit dans l'annonce de location La vue magnifique devant la Méditerranée : l'atout principal et vous . Pour ceux qui aiment regarder l'horizon, les rochers et les bateaux avec le bruit de la mer. Attention la mer peut être très bruyante.... On voit aussi Sitgès et le port Oui il y a un train qui passe, de l'autre côté mais protégés par les premiers bâtiments, souvent, dès le matin jusqu'au soir mais ce n'est PAS si dérangeant. ASSEZ SOURD comme bruit Le propriétaire est une personne très agréable, discret et gentil, il fait tout pour que les plus casse-pieds de ses visiteurs repartent contents afin de revenir :-) Le Phare est une spécialité je crois plutôt pour couple tout en hauteur étroit Super vue sur tout ! Encore plus incroyable Moins proche des vagues que Casa del mar Mais le plus beau à mon goût est sans contestation possible "l'appartement romantique". Nous voulions absolument personne dessus ni dessous et avions besoin de 2 chambres. C pourquoi nous avons opté pour le duplex Car oui Ramon nous a fait visiter les 3 appartements de l'ensemble… Sitgès à pied et tout y est question commerces et restaurants. En janvier c'est différent mais dès février tout s'anime. J'y reviendrai un jour pour une occasion à fêter SANS BRUIT et louerons les 3 appartements à plusieurs J

Sensational and relaxing place to start a vacation.
My husband and I started a two week vacation at this splendid condo overlooking the sea. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The condo was clean, nicely appointed and everything was in good working order. The owner was welcoming and helpful, he gave good suggestions for dining. Location was stunning, quiet, relaxing and close to the town. Waking up to the sound of the Mediterranean splashing on the rocks below our bedroom window was absolutely delightful. We escaped an early spring snow storm in Minnesota USA and enjoyed beautiful 72F days and temperate evenings in Sitges. We decided to start our vacation by spending a few few days at this condo to unwind and rest before we set off for Barcelona's sites and flavors. It was perfect!

Las vistas desde la casa son de verdad, preciosas. El piso esta en muy buen estado y la urbanización es bonita y agradable (de estilo muy mediterraneo). Hay un caminito que permite llegar a la playa y al centro de Sitges andando. El único punto un poco negativo, aunque tampoco muy molesto (a mi hijo pequeño le hizo bastante chiste), es que el tren pasa cerca de cuando en cuando.
