In the living room there are two accesses to the spectacular garden, without a doubt, the jewel in the crown, where you can enjoy the good weather almost all over the year in Sitges. Perfect for having lunch outdoors, lie in the hammocks or simply enjoy a pleasant conversation in the chill-out area accompanied by a good wine that offers us the lands of Penedes. Let’s not forget about the pool where it is always nice to cool off or where the kids can enjoy playing with total security, being able to be watched from the garden or the lounge.
On the same floor there is a comfortable double room and a toilet with access from the entrance. In addition, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator are located on the same floor.
On the upper floors the rest of the rooms are distributed, four of them (including the one on the ground floor) with Air Conditioning, decorated with white tones and blue details, trousseau services and storage area. On the second floor we find two double rooms with terraces, one of them suite room with a complete independent bathroom. On the upper floor there is a room with a bunk bed and a nice double room with terrace and access to the solarium with two hammocks.

The house has very nice dim lights to enjoy the garden when the sun goes down. It has free Wifi and parking in front of the entrance.

Sitges is a picturesque town, considered one of the most beautiful of the entire Catalan coast. It is surrounded by the nature of Garraf Natural Park and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in the area of Vinyet Terramar. It is a quiet enclave where most of the luxurious mansions and gardens of Sitges are located. It has a wide range of restaurants and beach bars where you can taste delicious Mediterranean tapas in the sun surrounded by a select atmosphere. It also has widely known lounge bars in front of the sea perfect to enjoy a sunset. The house is a step away from the beach of Estanyol, which is the best beach in Sitges. Don’t forget about Terramar Gold Club, to which many lovers of this sport visit us to enjoy their favorite sport.
You can also choose a 10-minute walk along the promenade to the old town, an area with great charm. Join one of its popular parties or relax on the beach. Undoubtedly, traveling to Sitges is a unique opportunity to enjoy the perfect climate and delicious Mediterranean cuisine from one of the terraces near the sea.
Transport:
The nearest airport is El Prat de Barcelona. If you travel by car you have to go by the C-32 (28 min). In public transport the simplest way is to take the MON-BUS that goes from Terminal 1 to Sitges (25 min). There is also the option to take a train, which leaves from Terminal 2, to El Prat de Llobregat and from there take a train from CercanÃas to Sitges.
• Supermarkets: Mercadona, Caprabo and Condis 5 minutes by car
• Seaport: Puerto Deportivo Aiguadolç 11 minutes by car.
• Restaurant: (personal recommendation) 'La zorra', one of the best rice place in Sitges, only 8 minutes away on foot. You can also choose 'El Viviero' with excellent Mediterranean dishes and spectacular views of San Sebastian beach and 'La Fragata' make excellent rice dishes as well. Both 10 min by car.

Exactly what we needed after the Covid lockdown.
Super nice and helpful staff.
The house is great , the pool is small but enough to cool down after a hot day.
Great BBQ and outdoor facilities.
It’s at a great spot very close to the beach and the center at about 15/20 min walking.
