Sitges is one of the most famous and exclusive resorts in Spain. The apartment has a mountain view and is located in the Balmins/Aiguadolc region within Sitges. It is a short walk from the centre of town - approximately 10 minutes. The area is very popular due to its proximity to some of the best beaches in Sitges and also a short walk to Sitges popular port district - with great restaurants and amazing views. The nearby shops and restaurants of San Sebastián beach are another local bonus

Arrived at apartment 2nd October all looked very nice. Opened the fridge and it was dirty. David the key holder was there so he cleaned it. That was just the beginning. First of all we thought apartment was looking over the pool as the photo shows but it isn't its over looking a busy road. Got ready to go to the pool and found there was only 3 sundowners and 1 broken 1 the apartment sleeps 8 so don't know what others are supposed to use. Reported it to David only to be told he couldn't do anything about it. So we had to go to beach everyday and pay for sunbeds which was expensive. Next the shower by the front door was broken doors wouldn't shut and it was filthy once again notified David his reply was can you fix it yourself!!!! Or do you want me to send someone out nobody came so now down to 2 showers. The bed linen was horrible had obviously never seen an ron not good for a luxury apartment. There was sweet wrappers under the bed in main bedroom plus loads of dust obviously never been cleaned.
Handles on mugs glued on. The dust on the air vents was disgusting too.
Communication with the owner or the manager non existent. I have contacted the owner with our complaints but they chose not to respond.

This should not be advertised as a luxury apartment it is far from it.
Don't know how other people rated it excellent it certainly isn't.

We are very sorry that this apartment and our services have not lived up to your expectations. We always try to offer the best so that the customer is satisfied, as can be seen from the many positive comments we have.
In none of the photos or in the text of the ad does it say that the apartment is in front of the pool or with views of the pool. Regarding the problem with the partition, we try to find someone to fix it, but it is not always possible. Although in this apartment they had two other full bathrooms for 4 people. For us, the satisfaction of our guests is always the most important thing.

Superb Sitges
Apartment was just perfect.A real home from home, with everything you could think of supplied.Sandra, our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.The balcony looked over a busy road but that didn't ditract from our enjoyment.The beds were super comfy and the air con great.The pool was always quiet, rush hour was 6 people! Sunloungers supplied to take down with you.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.If there are any negatives.....it is the only apartment for tourists, so noise levels have to be kept down and if you can't or don't like to walk then not much on your doorstep

Superb apartment
Absolutely superb apartment. Owners were great and so were the managing agent in Spain who checked us in.
Apartment is a secure complex with absolutely everything you could need/want. Beautifully fitted out and central to just about everything in the area.
Highly recommended.

Apartment in Sitges
We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Sitges. The apartment was well equipped modern and was a 10 minute walk to both the beaches and town centre. The apartment was very clean and the locally managing agents were helpful. The is also a shared pool which we seemed to be the only ones using it. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.
Lovely, well equipped apartment in a new development. Beautifully presented, furnished to a high standard with great shower rooms and fully equipped kitchen.
Beaches, marina and town centre are all in easy walking distance as is a very good supermarket. Lovely not to have to drive anywhere.
Sitges is a lovely town a very easy drive or train journey form Barcelona with great restaurants and shopping and a string of lovely beaches. There are plenty of options near by for days out in the Garraf Natural park and Cava Region.
I would thoroughly recommend both the apartment and Sitges.

Fantastic
Having been to Sitges before we expected to have a great holiday. Our expectations were surpassed the moment we set foot in the apartment. It's a spacious and immaculate home for any holiday. Well equipped with everything you need... even beach towels and sun loungers. Everything worked perfectly and we really couldn’t fault a thing.
The added bonus for us was the weather as it was 25C and blue skies all week.
The apartment is in a very tranquil and secure exclusive location just 3 minutes from a decent supermarket and 10 minutes from a wonderful beach. We also found the harbour just down the road which has a great choice of places to eat and boat hire too.
Barcelona and all that it has to offer is less than an hour away by car, bus or rail.
The friendly owners provided easy check in and communication was clear and timely.
If you’re planning a trip to the area then stay here.

Very nice property and owners responded to all queries quickly
We arrived early and the owners very nicely allowed us to check in before 3pm.
The apartment is very spacious, new and filled with all the modern appliances and amenities that you would require.
The supermarket is a 2 minute walk.
Nothing really in the surrounding area but the town is around a 10 minute walk and so is the nearest beach.
The pool, in August, was warm and the kids loved it. Not often busy,
All in all a very good stay.

Brilliant apartment with a lovely pool
Great location - about 10 minutes walk into the centre of town, with some good restaurants nearby. There was plenty of room in the apartment for our party of four adults and two kids and both apartment itself and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, swimming in the pool (communal, but we were frequently the only ones using it) and playing boules in the shared garden.

Streets along the waterfront are filled with restaurants, cafes and bars.
One hundred years after its heyday as a retreat for Catalonia's artists & intellectuals, Sitges has resurfaced in the 21st Century as one of the most fashionable resorts in Spain. With its laidback vibe, liberal attitudes and glamorous reputation, Sitges has drawn comparisons with Ibiza and St. Tropez in the travel press but is far better value and much more grounded.
Sitges has a unique microclimate given its privileged position between the Mediterranean and the shelter of the Garraf's Parc mountains, meaning that it enjoys sunshine on average 300 days a year. Throughout the year there are countless events, such as the internationally acclaimed Sitges International Film Festival & Sitges Carnival, and many local festivities. The town is open 365 days a year so you'll always find the bars, restaurants and shops open and things to do. Best of all this former fishing village remains unspoiled by mass tourism and hence remains a secret to most outside of Catalonia.
There are many activities in Sitges. From bike riding to golf to tennis to jet-skiing, sailing and other water sports, golf, museums, shopping and lots, lots more!
Should the abundance of things to do in and around Sitges not be enough then Barcelona, one of the greatest cities in the world is only a short 35 minute train ride away.
Getting around
35 minutes away from centre of Barcelona by direct train - Sitges to Passeig de Gracia. Sitges station less than 10 minute walk from apartment.
We have an underground parking space although you can holiday in Sitges without needing a car.
C32 motorway runs from Barcelona to Sitges and continues down the coast past Tarragona.
Barcelona El Prat airport 25 minutes drive from apartment and less than an hour ago by train or bus.

How to get there
Although we have the benefit of underground parking you can comfortably spend your holiday without having to drive. Beaches, the town and station are all easy reached on foot with Sitges main supermarket a stone's throw away.
If you choose to have a vehicle there are plenty of car hire options at Barcelona's El Prat airport which is less than a 30 minute drive via the C32 toll road. (If you take the C31 coast road it is very scenic but with cliff edge views and not for those with nervous dispositions!). Car hire also available in Sitges.
There are trains from the airport - take any of the trains out of the airport and get off at the first stop, El Prat de Llobregat station. Go up the escalator, turn left and then go immediately down the next escalator. Take the train that says 'Vilanova G' OR 'St.Vincenc de Calders' and get off at Sitges. Also options of taxis and buses from airport.
