The shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafe’s and bars of Calpe are all within a 1 km or so away. We offer Wifi, flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and main lounge, a Bose music centre, DVD’s, books and board-games and more for your holiday entertainment. Outside find a garden gazebo set in a stunning entertainment area which offers a BBQ, sun-loungers, large daybed and a dining area for 6. The swimming pool is very special, built at eye level to the med, it gives you the feeling that you really are swimming into the ocean! The opportunity to laze around in the sun is almost always on the menu here as Calpe gets hours of sunshine a year with the average temperature easily exceeding 25 degrees. The area enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer. In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round getaway. We recommend you hire a car for your stay as the beautiful Costa Blanca coastline is well worth exploring and has much to offer. There is private off-road parking for up to 2 cars at the villa. Perfect place !

About the neighbourhood
Calpe is a great place for beach lovers offering lots of sun, sea, sand and watersports. In addition, it offers superb opportunities to do rock climbing, diving, sailing, fishing, kayaking and walking excursions.. The villa is close to the mountains where there are some excellent country paths to ramble on. Lots of fauna and flora, peace and tranquility. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the two superb blue flag beaches in Calpe who boasts having some of the best in the area. There are plenty of very good restaurants, bars and long promenades to make Calpe a perfect holiday location. The villa however is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a private getaway.
Getting around
Calpe offers a train and bus station giving you access to many towns and cities on the Costa Blanca. There are also a number of very good taxi services available in the town.
