This well presented 2 bedroom apartment with modern furniture and decor is situated on the popular urbanisation of Altos De La Bahia in Aquas Nuevas Torrevieja. You enter the property into the large lounge/diner. The lounge has a modern sofa and lounge area with a bright airy feel. The dining area has a large dining table suitable for 6 people. The apartment is well decorated and presented throughout and is light and spacious. There is a TV in the lounge and a lovely sunny front terrace area with seating and tables to enjoy the sea views and look out at night over the area of Torrevieja. Through the lounge area you have the kitchen which again is modern and should have everything you need during your stay. The roof terrace is up a stairway of the lounge area and is a peaceful sunny haven to enjoy the sun or look out at the communal pool or sea views. There are seats and tables for dining and loungers for sunbathing. The communal pool area is located within a 1 minute walk of the property and is a good size pool with a children's pool attached. This is set in a well maintained paved and garden area. The property has air con in the lounge. Free wifi and all linen and towels are provided. Welcome to the Area Aguas Nuevas is situated between Torrevieja and La Mata on the gorgeous coast of Costa Blanca. With over 320 days of sunshine each year and renowned for being one of the healthiest places to live it makes an ideal location for your holiday. The Costa Blanca is most famous for its long, white, sandy blue flag beaches that extend over most of its coastline. In fact Costa Blanca in English literally translates to White Coast. Although the coastline is the main focus of the Costa Blanca there is also plenty to do and see in the surrounding areas including the historic cities of Alicante, Murcia and Valencia. Nestling between two large salt lakes and the Mediterranean which creates an official nature reserve called the 'Salinas de Torrevieja. Torrevieja is ideally situated within 30/40 minutes of both Alicante and Murcia airports. The town itself has a cosmopolitan flavour that can be seen in the array of shops, bars and restaurants and also services a weekly street market on a Friday that's is reportedly one of the largest in Spain. Two marinas, Numerous blue flag beaches, 5 championship golf courses, Salt lakes, Aqua-park, Shopping Malls, Water Sports, Go Karting, Bowling, Fishing, Walking and Horse Riding are to name but of a few of the activities available to you during your stay. Aguas Nuevas is 3kms north of the town centre with a good bus service operating close to the property. Beaches, Bars and Restaurants are within walking distance.
