Excellent Sea front location, with town and amenities nearby Sea, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Beaches, Swimming are all just outside the front door of the Apartment building, and shops are not far away. the promenade is lively all year round, and seasonally there are boat trips, a souvenir street-market , discreet childrens' fair, and 'fun' road train departure point, all within 200 metres stroll along the promenade. 2. Direct access from the Apartment onto the Sea Front A two double-bedroomed 2nd floor apartment, with a lift to help make it convenient for those with wheelchairs, and everyone to exit the apartment building directly onto the sea front. 3. Picturesque sea front pedestrianised promenade . The front door of the apartment building opens onto the pedestrianised sea-front promenade, (The Paseo Maritimo, Torrevieja 03182 Nr Alicante Spain) which winds around the pictureseque coastline for over 3/4 mile, with many cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, etc on the way, several sheltered mini beaches ( called the Piscinas naturales/ sea water swimming pools) for calm sea bathing for families in almost any weather, and a blue flag beach. . 5. Harbour wall walk, ( the dique de levante) Glorious walkway along the harbour wall for over a kilometre out to sea, great to stroll, run, walk, and with wheelchair access it has canopied resting places every now and then. 6 The town is nearby, with all types of established shops and amenities, including hairdressers, shoe shops, tourist information, theatre ( in Spanish), churches, excellent restaurants, cafes, bus station, taxi ranks, There is a lot at hand upon walking out of the front door of the building, Ideal for everyone who feels like having a lazy holiday this summer filled with choices. About the neighbourhood
The front door of the Apartment building opens onto the Pedestrianised Sea Front Promenade, the Picturesque Paseo Maritimo, which winds its way for about a kilometre along the coastline. There are sheltered sea water Swimming Pools, restaurants, cafes, the harbour, and a magnificent walk along the top of the harbour wall, all within a very short walk along the Paseo Maritimo. There is a supermarket within about 150 Kilometres, and the Town is a only a few minutes walk away. Most people find a car is unnecessary. Most of the nearby property is privately owned, and the area is popular with Spanish families. Torrevieja is a well established town, with many facilities and shops.
Getting around
The well established town of Torrevieja is only 5 -10 minutes walk away. There is bus station about 10 minutes walk, from where there are buses along the coast, and to Alicante. A Taxi rank is about 5 minutes walk. Some people hire bicycles. From the harbour, about 5 minutes walk away, there are boat trips to the nearby Island of Tabarca, and along the coast. Some people hire a car, which can usually be parked in the side street just outside the apartment or within 150 metres if busy.
