This is the 3rd time that we have rented this apartment. The location is brilliant as only 100+ yards from amenities. The pool is superb as only have to walk down 6 steps and you almost have your own private pool. There are approx 9...More

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Modern, very clean, secure and in a brilliant location. Short walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. The patio overlooking the beautiful pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

PAU-1 of Villamartin......is one of the latest developments in Orihuela-Costa and consists mostly of contemporary modern design new build holiday-homes with all new standards regarding building aesthetics and overall coherency. It almost looks like an upscale neighborhood but people are very down to earth and so are the prices. It comes with nice sea views too. And:It offers everything one needs to turn a good holiday into a great holiday.Footsteps away you'll find a cluster of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks with cash machines, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. All virtually around the corner and all with plenty of parking space directly in front of it. Not to talk about the three (!) golf courses in absolute proximity. Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf Course and Real Club de ...
Getting around
Just around the corner, 2 minutes on foot, you'll find the bus station 'Lomas de Campoamor' in front of 'La Fuente' commercial centre. From there the 'blue line' takes you to the beaches of... La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor and Cabo Roig. It stops at 'La Zenia Boulevard' shopping mall and passes different grocery stores and commercial centres. Not to forget famous 'Villamartin Plaza' with all it's popular restaurants. All in all the blue line has 20 stops including 'Villamartin Golf court' and the 'hospital' in Cabo Roig.
