In low season it is quite easy to park in the streets around the building for free. Cot is available at a cost of €20 for the whole stay. You have included: final cleaning, bed linens and towels, unlimited internet connection, all the expenses such as power, gas, water etc. Car is not necessary since you can reach every interesting spot in Santa Margherita and surrounding by foot or train, bus or ferry which is definitely the best solution in high season. Food: you have a lot of grocery and deli shops all around the apartment. Well trained pets are welcome. You have access to the entire property as you are the only guests. You'll be accommodated by a member of our staff that will take care of the check-in and will give you all the information you need about the apartment and surroundings You can easily reach me on the phone. Check in time is flexible. For arrivals after 9.00 pm we need extra help and, in spite of ourselves, we have to ask an extra € 30,00 fee from 9.00 pm to 11.00 pm + € 20,00 for each further hour.
