We spent two nights in Caludio's apartment, it was SO spacious, warm and had everything we needed.
Claudio was very easy to communicate with and flexible with the checkin time.
I really loved this apartment and it felt like home. It was just a street away from all of the action and shopping in Bolzano, and I found it very quiet. The heating was great and we were able to adjust it to our needs. Washing machine was one of the best on our trip, there's plenty of hanging room and everything dried very quickly.
The bed was comfortable and warm, bathroom was also warm and a great size. We did find that the hot water took a few minutes to come through and Claudio confirmed that we just needed to run it a little longer (we're just conscious of wasting water so checked).
The building was also very secure and had a lift to the floor.
I'd definitely recommend to friends and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pulita, posizione centralissima, accogliente, calda; ecco tutti i punti a favore di questa bella casa al centro di Bolzano.
Al terzo piano fornita di ascensore, riscaldamento gestibile autonomamente. Cucina completa di lavastoviglie (che però non ho usato), locale comodissimo adibito a lavanderia con piccola lavatrice, vaschetta con asse per lavare, stendino e riscaldamento. Due televisori. Simpatico e presente il giovane proprietario. Cinque minuti veri da piazza delle erbe e piazza Walther. Buon rapporto qualità /prezzo. Due passi per i negozi (via dei portici praticamente attaccata) e ogni genere di bar, ristorante, birreria.

Fantastic two months
Loved every single day of our two-month stay. Claudio, the owner, is extremely polite and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, he would go out of his way to help us. The flat is spacious, bright, with everything one might need to stay for a day or for a year. The location is superb, right in the historical city centre with bars, cafes, shops, etc only a minute away. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Wir waren zu viert (alles Erwachsene, zwei Paare) in dieser super gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich unmittelbarer Nähe, durch die Lage in der Fußgängerzone kann vieles in Bozen ohne Auto erledigt werden.
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
