From the graceful avenue of Tuscan cypress trees lining our driveway, to the magnificent panoramic dining terrace, from where you can admire the pink, yellow and crimson sunset over Cortona - to the immaculately manicured gardens and pool terrace, the velvet lawns - and even the soft cooing of the pigeons - all these elements come together harmoniously to greet guests on arrival at the property.
Villa Giusi e Dario consist on 2 buildings neaxt to each other, can accommodate 12 people in 5 queen bedrooms and 1 twin. Each building can accommodate 6 guests and have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The 1st house is called 'The Villa' and is spread in 3 floors:
- Ground Floor: large and well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. Lower Ground Floor: accessible through stairs from the living room has a studio area with bathroom and a large and professional kitchen with dining room used by our local chefs for cooking lessons.
The 2nd house is called 'The Nest':
Ground floor: kitchen and dining room with sitting area and TV, french doors lead out to (same level) external sun terrace with al fresco dining. From kitchen is possible to access on the same level 1 queen bedroom suite with bathroom and 1 twin-bedded room with adjacent bathroom (bed can be joined to make a double).
Top floor: attic bedroom suite with bathroom.
Swimming pool is for exclusive use of the guests.
Air conditioning and heating to be paid according to consumption.

From the Villa you can reach Cortona in 20 minutes drive. The Town of Cortona itself has so many qualities and attractions, with well-stocked shops selling locally produced delicatessen and wines, hand-made pottery, textiles, antique furniture, objets d’arts, designer clothes and jewellery. Above all it offers an extensive range of inviting bars, restaurants and trattorias where you can taste great local cooking and excellent regional wines. During the summer months the town puts on a series of open-air concerts, opera and chamber music ensembles, theatrical productions, an international photo festival (Cortona On The Move) plus a variety of popular entertainment events and food festivals.

By car for touring the small towns of central tuscany and Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena..)
By train for visiting big cities such as: Florence, Rome, Arezzo. (nearest train station is 10km away)
