Holiday Rental House
We restored this house 25 years ago. Is a lovely and peaceful house to stay in contact with the nature. You also have at close distance so many places to visit, the Trasimeno lake, Florence, Perugia, Pienza, Montefiascone, Città della Pieve, Gubbio, Assisi, Siena (one day visits). You may rent bikes if you like or go fishing or to a swimming pool. Cortona and the small towns in the surroundings have many touristic initiatives during summer. The food is fantastic all around (this is the zone of bistecca chianina) . Suitable for a perfect family holiday or a romantic holiday or even a few friends getting together.

About the neighbourhood
Tuscany is well known all over the world for art, culture , italian way of life and fantastic food. Umbria (Perugia, Assisi, lake Trasimeno) is also very close to the house. The climate is hot at the end of July and August.
Cortona is an actractive town. Many small festivals take places during summer in Cortona and the surroundings .
