In the entrance hall, in the center of the vault and on the gate there is the coat of arms of the family. The frescoes date from the mid ' 700. As in many historic buildings there is not a lift, but there are 22 steps to get to the apartment. About the check in:
Extra charges: 30 Euro extra charge for arrivals - a. after 20.00 hours; b. all day Sunday and International holidays (such as 25th December...).
The rate is euro 2,5 per person for adults from 12 years old per night till 7 nights (over 12 years) and is not include in the price of the apartment. Will be charged extra on arrival and needs to be paid in cash.
The area is really nice, in fact you are in the hear of the night life, many good restaurants, pub, cafè, but at the same time you are in a silence street in front of Gucci Palace.. You are also close to many food shops, winery and also close to the most important attraction of Florence, like: Pitti Palace (just 5 min by walk), Boboli garden (just 5 min by walk), Ponte Vecchio, (just 7/8 min by walk), Uffizi museum (about 10-15 min by walk).There is also a bus stop really close (about 3 min by walk).
Apartment in true Florentine style, of great value. Cozy and clean. Great location for visiting Florence far and wide. The owners was very friendly and available. I advise!
