The first room has a very large roof window Vasistas electric, large wardrobe a double bed. The second, smaller, has a double bed with a wardrobe and has a roof window Vasistas electricity too.<BR>The apt. was recently renovated, no umidity and good protection from cold and hot weather.It has its own heat and air conditioning in every room.<BR>INTERNET WI-FI, cable tv<BR>In front of the apt there is the ataf line bus stop and the Firenze city-sightseeing bus stop, there are 2 pharmacy, in the area there are many PARKING sites,Bar ,wash&dry,Supermarket e Police station,various restaurant and in the area there are many Craft shop.

There are no negatives about this place. It was spotlessly clean, with a very well equipped kitchen. Clean modern bathrooms, good beds (mattresses), dishwasher and washer (soap provided), excellent wifi, grocery store in walking distance. Although three of the four of us are in our mid seventies , we walked everywhere. Easy walk to the Pont de Vecchio and cross...

We liked this place very much.......once we found it! Great owner who waited on us to arrive way past the time we said we would be there. Three couples were very comfortable in this modern well equipped apartment. Would highly recommend.

Railway: Santa Maria Novella station: 1.5 km
If you travel by train you may walk from train station it is 15 min away, or take a cab, or bus line 6B bus ;LN=it-IT.<BR>If you arrive from airport of Florence you may take the but that take you to the train station of S M Novella, or take a cab to the apt.(easier).Remember to tell the driver via Pisana area of San Frediano.<BR>If you drive to Florence put the address Via Pisana 11, 50143, Firenze some Gps give a different location because the street is very long goes from Florence to Pisa and gps if it is not updated make confusion.In this case advice me I can help you give you a different street.
