“Atmospheric Villa with a beautiful view, private garden and pool”

Villa is located on a steep hill with a nice view to the surrounding Arno river valley and Florence. The building does not have air condition but it does not matter because the building has thick walls that keep it cool even on hot days. During our visit it was 32-33 in midday and the villa never felt hot, it...

What a place, stayed here for a week and loved the place, just felt like a king for a week, not far from the city centre , car needed and a small climb up stairs to grand entrance of villa would be the only points to raise, the view the villa the pool, excellent , the owner was never far...

A wonderful house with magnificent garden. All rooms were furnished with antiques and it felt like living in a small castle. To live so close to Florence and still enjoy the peace of the garden among the fruit trees and with the lovely pool was amazing. Stefano was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome in the house. 5 km from the Chianti Area (good cellars and wonderful road along the vineyard of CHianti Hills) and from the main road fro Siena & San Gimignano.

Getting around

I strongly suggest to rent a car for the position of the house. Otherwise there is a bus stop just in front of the house but the bus make just few rides a day
