'It was our first time in Rethimno at Easter and the partly raining weather made us enjoy even more all the facilities of this large apartment, which we could comfortably share with a friend. Clean, environmentally friendly, revealing the unique Cretan hospitality...we would recommend it!

We visited Rethymno for third time but this was the best. Leto suite was spacious clean and well decorated with both modern and classic details. The owners were generous and helpful. The best was the rooftop. They offered us the hottin although it opens on May as the weather was good. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. Top: book directly from their page and get a better price.

We stayed at Leto Suite on the second floor. The suite is really spacious and well equipped. The space was really clean and tidy. in next door cafe included in price was fantastic. Popi and Yiorgos were helpful and kind. All bars cafes and restaurants were in walking distance and we did not use our car at all. Our daughters (10&8) were excited. The view is stunning better than in photos.Highly recommended place ! Looking forward to coming back.

I stayed in the Leto Deluxe Suite with my parents (in their 70s) and my 11 month old baby for 10 nights. The accommodation has pros and cons listed below: Pros: Very high-quality apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and top end appliances and finishes Lovely private roof terrace and jacuzzi as well as eating area Fantastic host Popi who went out of her way to make us feel welcome Great a la carte breakfast included from the cafe/restaurant below (Store 311 if you want to google it) Great location (see also Cons) right on the sea-front, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a very short walk into the old town for shops and eateries Cons: The apartment is on the 2nd floor with only stair access and there's no handrail which was not great for my elderly parents. We knew this before we booked but going up and down them 3 times a day gets tiring, especially carrying a baby The bedroom on the seafront gets a lot of noise from the bars downstairs and the noise doesn't stop until 2/3/4am some nights. Earplugs help but if I were to stay again I would prefer to stay in the bedroom on the back and give someone else the sea-view ;-)

We had a fantastic vacation at V77. Already the welcome was exceptional: Cretan hospitality is famous, but our hosts Popi and Yiorgos took it to a new level. They welcomed us so warmly that it felt like visiting friends from the very first moment. Popi and Yiorgos speak excellent English which made the conversation very easy. In addition to the usual tips that can be found in any travel guide, they gave us valuable tips for excursions and places that only the locals know. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything is brand new and very tastefully decorated. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. To welcome us, the fridge was filled with drinks and snacks. Perfect start… The apartment is amazing and the roof terrace is even more. The view from there of the sea and harbor is just breathtaking. Drinking a coffee in the morning with this view is priceless. And sitting in the Jacuzzi in the evening as well. We felt like millionaires during these few days. :-) The apartment is located directly on the harbor promenade and virtually in the center of the city, so you have short distances to all the sights of the city and at the same time a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Rethymnon is a lively town. Thus the bars in the neighborhood make noise in the evenings and at night, but this should not come as a surprise if you book an apartment in the center. For us, this was not an issue at all as the modern windows and doors shield the apartment well. But I nevertheless want to mention it though, because if you are looking for silence and seclusion, this might not be the place for you. However, for us it was just the right place with the perfect hosts. Popi and Yiorgos even shared some of their precious free time with us. We learned even more about life in Crete that way and this made our stay even more valuable. If we could, we would give seven stars. Highly recommended! We hope to return soon.

Our stay was in the V77 suite was amazing! From the great location, right in front of the boardwalk to the clean and beautiful suite to the amazing and thoughtful hosts! Popi and George were always there for questions and the best recommendations. We'll definitely be visiting again and selecting them for our stays on the island!
