LOCATIONOur maisonette is situated in Kalymnos island, only 150m. from a wonderful sandy beach (Kantouni).The house is in a peaceful area,with magnificent country-side and sea view, on a land of 1200sq.m. with garden, verandas, bbq area and we are making a private pool and a spa in the garden which will be ready till the end of march 2019. The house is 180sq.m. in total. The first floor consists of a 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, double bed and private balcony with astonishing sea-view, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds, with a big veranda with magnificent mountain and sea view, a bathroom with laundry and hot water all day, a fully equipped kitchenette . AMENITIES The price includes linens, towels, shampoo. You can prepare your breakfast using fresh eggs from our chickens and home-made marmalade made by our own organic fruits. Picking up from port /airport available. SUGGESTIONS You are going to enjoy unforgettable family vacations on a beautiful and picturesque island full of wonderful beaches, with lots of sites (archaeological museum, marine museum, nautical museum, traditional home museum, picturesque villages) and activities (climbing, diving, hiking etc). From Kalymnos you can make daily excursions to nearby islands (Kos is 20min away by public-ferry, Telendos is 10 min by boat, Pserimos is 45min by boat, Leros is 1 hour away).WARM HOSPITALITYWe will make you feel like home, pick you up from/to the port/airport, give you advice and all needed help and information about the island (history, traditions, local dishes, where to go, best beaches etc) and we hope you will love it as much as we do! HOW TO COME You can come by plane / ship directly from Athens or you can come via Kos island. Kos has an international airport with many low-cost airlines (such as ryanair and easyjet) and it is only 20-30 min away from Kalymnos by ferry, There are ferries connecting the 2 islands during all day till late at night. Kalymnos is located between Kos and Leros in the south-eastern Aegean Sea and belongs to the Dodecanese Islands prefecture. The area is 111.14 square kilometres and is the fourth largest island in the Dodecanese prefecture. The name of the island used to be Kalynda (means: good water) then changed to Kalymna and finally Kalymnos.
