Home from home. This is our family ski apartment we have refurbished in 2014 and are now letting out for the 4th year. The apartment comprises of 3 double bedrooms with an open plan kitchen, living and dining space and a modern bathroom. The apartment is 65 M sq. We have designed the apartment around our own needs which we hope will cater for all customers. The living space has a Smart TV with an Apple TV connected to give you access to many viewing choices including Net Flix. The living room has a sofa bed which when converted will sleep an additional 2. Lovely and well equipped apartment in an ideal location just a few minutes walk from gondola. Free ski locker a huge bonus!

This was my 2nd time booking this flat, cant fault anything about the flat. Has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Local help is available from Michelle who could not be more helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay.

About the neighbourhood
It comes alive in the winter months as a ski town, and is part of the Grand Valira ski resort, the largest in the Pyrenees with 205 km (127 mi) of ski runs.[1] According to The Sunday Times, Soldeu is one of the three best budget skiing resorts in Europe.[2] The ski area links to Encamp, Canillo, El Tarter, Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa. The Soldeu Ski School has a large number of native English speaking instructors and has won awards for the quality of its tuition.

Airport: Barcelona : 200.0 km
Most popular airport is Barcelona which is 200km away with the Novatel Bus transfer. You can also access the apartment via Toulouse, Perpignan or Carcassonne Airports, alternatively you can drive from Calais through France which takes around 11 hours, for more information please feel free to contact us.
BY CAR
From Spain, take the C-145 road from Lleida and the C-16 road from the Cadí tunnel or Puigcerdà. La Seu d'Urgell is 30 km from Encamp the first access to Grandvalira.

From France, take the N-22 road, crossing the border at Pas de la Casa, first access to Grandvalira from France. 


Another option is to take the Envalira tunnel, which will leave you close to the Grau Roig access.
