Holiday Rental House
This is a fully self contained section of our house with a separate entrance and parking space. The apartment consist of a main bed room (king size bed) with ensuite, a lounge/dining room with a kitchenette and a second bed room that has two single beds. The two single beds can be moved together of desired. The lounge room has full sun during the day. The main bed room has a reverse cycle air conditioner. Wifi is available. The property is within walking distance of Mullaloo beach and a large shopping centre is a short trip away. The holiday rental area is at the front of the house with a separate entry. Access to the rest of the house, including the back yard, is prohibited unless specifically agreed to by the owner. The house is in the middle of a residential area where noise restrictions are in force. This means in practice that loud noises (e.g. parties) only occur in weekends and even then they stop at midnight.
