The staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the family bathroom with corner bath & separate shower cubicle. Master bedroom with a King size bed - 5ft width and ample wardrobe storage. This bedroom can also accommodate a cot or child's z bed. The airy guest bedroom at the back of the house can be made up with either Small Twin Beds or Double Bed (zip n link) or just one single bed (with a cot) - just let us know your requirements. To ensure a good night's sleep, both bedroom have full blackout curtains.
To the rear of the property there is a small enclosed deck area with a lawned garden beyond.
Perfect for families!
Number 16 is ideal for younger children and has easy to clean solid maple flooring throughout the open plan ground floor, so they can play while you keep an eye on them. The house has a small rear garden and is a two minute stroll from the local park. Nearby, there are riding stables, the riverside Trans-Pennine trail, plus a good selection of shops, a pharmacy and post office in the village.
We try to provide anything that may be required (within reason!) and our houses are equipped with essentials such as highchairs, sterilisers, plastic cutlery and crockery. We also provide travel cots, stair gates, baby monitors, safety plug covers, change mats and night lights... the list goes on. If you need something - just ask!
Very Confortable, a lot of light!, pleasent please for a family to be on vacations
It is a great house for a family of 4 members, very confortable and clean. It was great to have the house keepeing service once a week.
Amy, our contact person for the house, was great and very helpfull the day we arrived and when we had a problem with the hot water, she fixed really promtly and in a very professional way.
The only thing to improve in the house is the size of the beds for the kids. They were small for teenagers

Awesome Gem in Sale
Excellent 2 bed apartment. Clean tidy exactly as shown on the ads on the net. Great location will definitely stay here again. Great little local shops only a few steps away with 2 pubs. Great owners who were very welcoming.
