Rosemount is a large and spacious detached Victorian villa set in a secure 1/3 acre garden and grounds. Situated in Grantown-on-Spey, it is ideally located for all local amenities and yet on the doorstep of the beautiful 18th century Anagach Woods and the world famous River Spey. With comfort and luxury in mind, we completely refurbished our home in 2012/13. Rosemount comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 spacious bedrooms on the first floor. The ground floor consists of the lounge, snug, large open-plan kitchen / diner, utility room and well equipped games room with new American Pool Table! There are 2 bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and the other with separate bath and walk-in shower. This as a lovely house in a quiet part of a fine highland town. Warm and comfortable accommodation, excellent kitchen and bathrooms and fine spacious garden. Five minutes stroll to outstanding woodland walks or to shops and restaurants on the high street.

When in Grantown this is the only place to stay. A lovely old house tastefully modernised with all mod cons but still retaining the original character. Spotless throughout and very comfortable. Very close to the town but also in a quiet spot close to the...More

20% of full cost of hire at time of booking (if time of booking > 8 weeks before hire date).
100% of full cost of hire at time of booking (if time of booking < 8 weeks before hire date).
Any balance due to be paid 8 weeks before hire date.
An additional “up-front” refundable £250 deposit to be refunded upon inspection of property.
Changeover day is Saturday, entry at 4pm and departure at 10am. This is flexible if the property is not booked either side of the rental period
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, extra £20 cleaning charge will apply.
Strictly no smoking.
In order to allow you the minimum of packing for a self-catering holiday, an initial supply of the following items will be available:
Toilet rolls, hand wash, bleach, fairy liquid, kitchen cloth and dish towel, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee, sugar and a locally sourced welcome pack to get your holiday started.
