We provide a welcome pack of Bread, Butter, Eggs, tea, coffee, milk, bottled water in the fridge enough for an arrival snack or breakfast.
I chose Teign Head Apartment because it had great reviews and was walking distance to the center of Newton Abby (a delightful 30 minute walk around the race course and along a nature trail.) I got so much more than I was expecting! A cozy English cottage with a kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and patio with two chairs. The thoughtful owners left me eggs, milk, bread, coffee and tea. Some of the amenities included a USB port in the wall, a heated towel rack in the bathroom, and a French press coffee maker in the kitchen. Teign Head is perfect for one or two travelers. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Homely & Comfortable
2nd visit in 2 months. Used as base for a training course nearby. Accommodation very clean & bijous; hosts lovely. Contactable if necessary. Quick to respond.
Free Parking directly by apartment. Welcome pack provided which included in the price. Photos & description are exact, which is what I look for so no surprises!
Short 15 minute walk to the river Teign.
Definitely recommend it if you wish to explore the local area also.

Really nice apartment, friendly hosts
We spent a week in Devon at this lovely apartment. Delia and Malcolm were really welcoming and had clearly put a lot of thought in to the guest experience. We liked it so much we booked for next year!

Outstanding
Just returned from four nights at this superb apartment. All the the comforts of home provided by two lovely people Delia and Malcolm who were so helpful and caring. All your needs are catered for. The location is in a quiet rural setting very convenient for visiting various places along the east Devon coast. There is a small shopping area nearby as well as a nice pub who specialise in takeaway meals at reasonable prices.
We will return very soon.

Lovely restful flat with everything you need!
Immaculate flat with a fully-equipped kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and en-suite. Ideal for those wanting to explore Devon's beaches and countryside.
Warm welcome from hosts who also provide basic supplies (eggs, milk, tea, coffee, bread) to start you off on your break.
