Ground Floor The front door leads into the Lobby Area, Dining Room, Kitchen, downstairs toilet and back door to the rear garden. ​ Lobby Area The lobby area is designed for; peaceful reading on the unusual designer leather saddle stirrup chair, another area to watch TV or to simply play around on the Xbox 360 which is set up with a fully loaded leather racing seat and steering wheel. There are plenty of books, board games and Xbox games to suit all ages and interests. ​ Dining Room The dining room can comfortably sit 6 people and is conveniently located near to the kitchen. ​ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with; Dishwasher, Washer/Drying machine, Fridge with a water dispenser and freezer, a large range cooker with 5 hobs, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and bread maker as well as a comprehensive range of utensils, crockery, pots and pans. Off the kitchen is a downstairs toilet. Rear Garden The back door off the kitchen leads up the stairs to a beautifully lit rear garden on the left hand side. Here you will find a lovely private terraced turfed area with a glass balustrade balcony housing a table and chairs. There is also further seating available as well as a beach hut shed which has ample outdoor dining ware, candles and games. There are also outside cooking facilities ​ Lounge - First floor On the first floor there is a generous lounge with 2 seater and 3 seater leather recliner setees as well as a comfortable wing backed chair. There is a 48” Samsung curved smart television as well as high quality furnishings and Bose speaker. ​ Second floor Main Bathroom The main bathroom is situated on the second floor and easily accessible from Driftwood and Seafern bedrooms. There is a beautiful roll top traditional bath with slipper feet and a shower within the bath. There is ample storage space and complimentary toiletries for your arrival Driftwood On the second floor is “Driftwood” bedroom which is on the same floor as the main bathroom and the third bedroom “Seafern”. “Driftwood is a double bedroom which looks out over the street and is tastefully furnished. ​ Seafern Seafern is the third bedroom which can be used as either a single bedroom, a twin bedroom or a double bedroom. It also is front facing and has a street view in the harbour direction. Top Deck – Third floor On the top floor is “Top Deck” bedroom, which is the master bedroom. It has a double bed and generous en-suite with a beautiful slipper bath and complimentary toiletries. This bedroom also has its own TV and a telescope to overlook the views from the window. ​Each of the 3 bedrooms will have 2 high quality bathrobes, slippers and towels provided on arrival of your stay. All rooms have hairdryers, USB charging facilities and Top Deck and Driftwood also have docking stations for mobile phones.​ Plenty to see and do! There is free Wi-Fi at Harbour Haven and it is well equipped to make it feel like a home from home. For example, for your days out you will find a picnic hamper for your use and there are beach bags too. Bring the whole family, even the dog! The cottage can comfortably sleep up to 6 people and is very much pet friendly. The harbour is the perfect place to take your furry friend for a walk and you'd be hard pressed to find a place with more dog friendly pubs than Ilfracombe! Dogs are welcome for a £25 per week supplement There is street parking available, however in busy times there are numerous nearby car parks, the nearest being a 1 minute walk away. About the neighbourhood
Ilfracombe is a vibrant yet peaceful town with plenty to see and do. The cottage is next door to Fore Street which is renown for its lovely pubs and restaurants. The area is diverse with plenty of shops and places to eat, ranging from Wetherspoons to Michelin star restaurants. On the harbour is the famous Verify statue and there is a crazy golf on the seafront alongside plenty of wonderful walks. There will be an information book at the cottage detailing all local attractions, walks and other useful information.
Getting around
There is limited off road parking at the property but there are also numerous car parks near to the cottage, the nearest being The Ropery which is 30 seconds away from the property.
