The outbuilding is 10 metres away from the main building and is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and cooking corner. Location The villa is on a small valley to the right of the river Arno and is part of a large property. The surrounding area features fields, vineyards and woods. There are other homes and holiday homes in the area. It is a quiet location, accessible from a comfortable road with no steep sections. Facilities Casa Rosada has central heating, internet, a baby bed and parking within the property. Services The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), water, gas and electricity consumption, heating, final cleaning, tourist tax, internet and baby bed.
