The property is a stone clad dormer bungalow with lots of interior space. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen including fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge, electric cooker and has adjacent dining room with large dining table and chairs. A utility room just off the kitchen holds the washing machine and some storage. The living room has comfortable furniture, TV and open fireplace. The family bathroom located on the ground floor is large and spacious with WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower. Also, on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bedroom 2 is a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The large hallway leads to the staircase which leads to a bright and airy upper level. Here you will find 3 more spacious bedrooms: a king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a single bedroom. Oil fired central heating throughout property. Baby cot and high chair available by request. Electricity and heating included. Linen and towels provided. No pets. No smoking. Wi-fi included. A security deposit of €250 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
