It has a master bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs with a family bathroom with shower cubicle. On the lower floor it has 2 more bedrooms, one double with full ensuite bathroom and another twin bedroom with another family bathroom. Both bathrooms come complete with shower cubicle. The apartment comes complete with parquet flooring in all rooms with the exception of the cooking area and the bathrooms. Wifi internet and cable Tv come on complementary basis. Besides its' lovely view, this apartment is just a minutes away from the St Julians promenade that is full of shops, restaurants by the sea, ice cream parlours, Internet cafes, daily cruise ships round Malta, or ferry boats that take you to the capital city Valletta. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: - 200KWh 4-bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​ Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the property. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

Till a few years ago , St Julians was a quiet fishing village. Nowadays development has changed it completely and it spreads all round St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta Bay.. Most of the elegant houses along the shore line have gone to be replaced by blocks of apartments, restaurants, bars , cafes and hotels. The roads leading to St Julians village (now a town) proper remain largely untouched. The best preserved are in the area of Balluta Bay. A few villas with beautiful facades and large gardens. One villa has been converted into a restaurant forming part of Le Meridien Hotel.
