A beautiful & gorgeous neighborhood (Baie D'urfe) right in the city of Montreal and about one hour away to most Ski Hills around Montreal. This house is charming and elegant . It offers 5 bedrooms with a VERY large kitchen (Gaz stove and added Gaz BBQ placed right on a private & covered balcony) . The house is close to down town Montreal , only 25 minutes away and close to restaurants, supermarkets and all other services within a half mile radius from the house. Close to public transportation by bus (2-3 minutes walk !) , walking distance (8-10 minutes..) to train stations . It is 15 minutes drive from Montreal international airport and 20-30 minutes drive to downtown and old Montreal. Many restaurants within a mile or so..... This is a very quiet, up-scale area of Montreal. To be respectful for nieghbour after 11pm. No harsh material to be used on the kitchen counter .. Due to large size of lots , greenery, all the properties in this area are on Septic Tank and as such proper care must be given. For Sinks --- please only liquid to be used... Not to run vegetable, oil, grease , coffee in the sink.Please place it in a bag then in the garbage.
