• Tons of storage space and a fully fitted kitchen including supplies of Tea,
Coffee, Sugar, Oil, Spread, Jams or marmalade, washing up liquid,
Kitchen roll, plus a few other items.
• Fresh linen and towels are provided including Bathroom Soap, Shower gel,
Shampoo & Conditioner
• Flat screen TV
• Hair-dryer
• Iron & ironing board
• Coffee machine including the ground coffee
• Washing machine & washing pods (£5 charge to use)
• Various books including cook books & pens and a pad
• Even a hot water bottle
As it is accessed down York-stone steps, unfortunately this makes it not suitable for the disabled.
Please note that the studio has low ceilings so anyone over 6’2’ please be aware. The kitchen area has more height space
We can provide a travel cot for your little one, if prior notice is given. Hire of the cot is £10 per stay, which includes bedding and towel.
STRICTLY No smoking inside but I don't mind you smoking outside on the terrace or in the garden if you use the ashtrays provided and not the flower beds.
My cat Alfie is inquisitive, but try and not let him not gain access into the studio.

Lovely spacious and comfortable garden studio. Well furnished in a quiet residential area. Not far from shops, bars and restaurants and within easy reach of of interesting towns and National Trust properties. The only draw back was the weather, which meant we couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden.
The owner was welcoming and friendly and very helpful with local information. We will be back.
