Another wonderful stay at Lux Executive Suite in Paddington. Always beautifully presented with regular change ups to object d’art and facilities to make it more comfortable and lux!
Other features include wonderful snacks and drinks and even provisions for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We love staying here. The location is brilliant and the hosts have thought of every little thing you may need, from travels cards to fab restaurant and touring suggestions, cable tv, fast internet and fab speakers. Lux is 5 star! We will be back Thanks.

Ideal Accommodation
We loved everything! The place felt modern, luxurious and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly want for breakfast or snacks, and the facilities were clean and easy to use. The place is located in a picturesque neighbourhood that is conveniently close to popular attractions and stores, while still being nice and quiet. We were also both provided with a set of keys which helped us to be more flexible with our plans.

Look No Further: Perfection in Paddington
If you are looking for privacy and comfort, book this Luxe Executive Suite. It is conveniently located near restaurants and public transport in a leafy, quiet, eminently walkable Paddington neighborhood. The apartment is immaculate and matches exactly its photos and description. Jeff and Todd were more than generous, welcoming us with a refrigerator stuffed with our choice of fresh food and drinks, topped off with a wickedly tempting array of snacks and treats. Wifi is fast and reliable; TV includes Netflix and an expansive offering of channels. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning is virtually silent and exceedingly easy to adjust to personal comfort. Nothing needs to be changed or improved. If we return to Sydney, we will enthusiastically stay here again.

Loved it!
We had an amazing time! Jeff and Todd were incredible hosts. They had everything prepared perfectly, even a fully stocked fridge. Plus, the place itself is really cool and bed is very comfortable. It was such a wonderful experience overall!

Fabulous Stay in Paddington
We had a wonderful stay! The attention to detail was thoughtful and our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The fridge was full of fresh fruit, cheese, and beautiful bread. There was a fully stocked pantry, cooking utensils, and easy instructions for use for each area of the home.
Communication was a breeze. We appreciated the thorough book with maps, restaurants, and ideas for activities.
The home itself was artistically decorated and was visually appealing to stay in. The bed, towels, and robes were top notch. The location was ideal as we were able to hop around to multiple parts of the city with ease using public transit or Ubers. Also, we were walking distance to great cafes, grocery stores, and parks.
We would absolutely stay here again in our future visits to Sydney! Jeff & Todd have certainly set the bar high!

Executive apartment- Paddington gem!
Superb central Paddington apartment, clean, tidy, very well appointed and quiet.
Two workstations for a busy working couple. Room dividing wall can personal space for work or entertaining. Lighting zones to control individual needs.
Detailed Information compendium covers everything I needed.
Bathroom is modern, clean and adequate.
Kitchen fully stocked with all the necessities and more.
Well located to Oxford street, Darlinghurst and Rushcutters bay. Close links to transport systems if needed.
The host is friendly and attentive to all needs.
Very comfortable stay.

Brilliant location, lux and contemporary - thank you
Absolutely loved staying with at this fabulous abode in Paddington. What a gem, fabulous generous spaces - lounge, work desk, kitchen and bathroom including own entrance. All beautifully appointed, best quality everything from towels to coffee, snacks, fruit and more.
Delightful hosts, so thoughtful and so many ideas for food, walks, and activities - all reflective of their travels and best accommodation experiences around the world.
You won't be disappointed!

Perfection
I am extremely grateful to Jeff & Todd for their incredible hospitality during my stay. Thank you for your kindness and responsiveness, I will remember it fondly as it made Sydney feel like home!! Jeff & Todd truly went above & beyond to accomodate every need / request I had - the kitchen pantry was always replenished, I was constantly surprised by freshly cut fruit in the fridge or a homemade meal, I had plenty of room to study and they always checked in to see if I needed anything. It is extremely rare to find such a beautiful place to stay, in the perfect location, with such caring & thoughtful hosts. Thank you so much for everything Jeff & Todd!

great place to stay
Recently my husband and I stayed at this paddington apartment. It was central to where we needed to be and extremely comfortable. Jeff (the owner) keeps the place well stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and even offered to restock as supplies dwindled! The apartment is tastefully decorated with designer furniture and wonderful art. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook!

Wonderful, relaxing stay in Paddington
This was the second time I've stayed at this fantastic apartment and it won't be the last!
The hosts have thought of everything to ensure a stress-free and pleasant sojourn.
Their attention to detail is exemplary and the location so close to the City and Eastern Suburbs serves as a great base.
Travelling on my own this time, I felt very safe and comfortable in the apartment and I can highly recommend it for single travellers or couples.

Close walking distance to Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Rushcutters Bay, the Cruising Yacht Club (CYC), Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Paddington village, St Vincent’s Hospital, Kings Cross Station, Oxford Street Paddington, Oxford Street Darlinghurst, Edgecliff, Tennis Courts, Trumper Park, various art galleries, Jewish Museum, The NSW Art Gallery, Domain and the Botanic Gardens and Sydney downtown.
The area is also well-serviced by buses and trains.
