We loved our 1 week stay. Upon our late arrival Phil welcomed us lovely. Fantastic location close to city. The only downfall for the place was you can't do any cooking. Other then that just fantastic.

The house is about as central as you can get in Brisbane. You can walk easily to the city centre (the main city shopping pedestrian mall and the business district), Fortitude Valley (entertainment central), the Brisbane River and Southbank Parklands. It is close to transport (buses at the top of the street and trains – central station is a 5 minute walk), shops, casual dining, parks, gymnasiums, bike and walking tracks. The suburb of Spring Hill is steeped in history as one of Brisbane’s oldest suburbs and the streets are full of quaint “Queenslander” style worker’s cottages.
