A unique fully renovated, stylish cabin positioned on 30 acres in suburban, Mount Lofty Toowoomba. Peace and quiet with uninterrupted country views within a few minutes drive to all the Toowoomba amenities. 5 minutes from Fairholme, Toowoomba Grammar, St Vincent's hospital and the CBD. The cabin has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer and can accommodate up to five people. Beautiful deck overlooking the horses in the paddocks. Large BBQ with outdoor furniture. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV and air conditioning. Second bedroom has a king single and set of bunks. New kitchenette and bathroom with washing machine/dryer. Additional TV in the lounge space. There is a lovely deck with views to the east and a BBQ for those who enjoy the outdoors. To access Hollowtree Farm you go over a grid at the front entrance where there is approximately 200metres of gravel road down to the cabin. You are more than welcome to explore the picturesque 30 acres. Just be aware that we do have electric fences that keep our horses and cattle in. To that back of the cabin we have a row citrus trees that you are welcome to help yourself to, before the cockatoos do! Our farm is beside Jubilee park which is renowned for mountain bike riding and hiking trails.More
