Beautiful, comfortable, great location. We immediately fell in love with the ocean view and the cooling ocean breeze. Communication with property manager was great throughout the stay, to include help with pre-trip questions and arrangements. Easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and tour operations. Property is well known in the community and is held in high regard. Decor was tasteful and unpretentious. It was furnished with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Ilikai, the best part was the large balcony overlooking the lagoon and sea. The kitchen was well equipped and we managed to cook a few meals. We swam in the lagoon everyday and the resort had a nice coffee shop. It was also walking distance to the big shopping centre. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen appliances were fairly new but the cupboards etc were very old.

If you're looking for a place to stay in San Pedro...
If you're looking for a place to stay in San Pedro you can't beat Paradise Villas. You are within walking distance of all downtown activities. The staff here is friendly, efficient and wonderful. Even though these properties are older they are individually owned and well maintained. This particular condo is a beachfront condo with everything you need and we love staying here. Thank you!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. This Villa is perfectly located. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on our patio and loved just sitting there at anytime to relax and enjoy the view. Perfectly located in town and a wonderful beach walk in both directions to get to many restaurants. This by far is at the top of our list of favorite vacations. We had a wonderful fishing and snorkeling trip Monday and ended our trip Friday with the highlight of our trip to Ho Chan and Shark Ally. What an awesome experience. We highly recommend Searious Adventures for any tours you want to do. Our favorite Restaurants were Calamba and Elvis’ Kitchen. We ate at a different place everyday and these two were tops. We loved swimming and snorkeling right off the pier everyday. We made two trips to Secret Beach and loved our days there. Renting a golf cart for the week was perfect and so much fun. One BIG recommendation is to do your homework before your trip. We found out from others in our complex that we could have saved several hundred dollars by booking our golf cart in San Pedro and flight from Belize ourselves online. When we looked it up I couldn’t believe how much more we were charged. Very disappointed it wasn’t recommended to us before hand. We have learned for our next trip to book everything ourselves prior to the trip. Management office was awesome to deal with and were always available to answer our questions. Daily maid service was a nice bonus for the week. Over all what a great trip and we will definitely be returning.

This hidden gem is just that! Tucked away in San Pedro, was this quaint , perfect place for our stay on Ambergris Caye! It had everything we needed. The property manager was so awesome to work with!They arranged our inner island flights, cart rental and even placed some groceries in the kitchen to make it easy for us! We will be staying here again!!

We spent 5 days in this wonderfully cute condo. It was exactly as described and super clean. The management company was great. We actually caught an earlier water taxi and arrived 1 1/2 hours earlier than planned. A quick call to the management company and they sent someone over within 5 minutes to pick us up and take us to the condo. Once there we were able to quickly have our golf cart delivered (all facilitated by the management company) and it was time to explore the island. The condo is super close to tons of restaurants, shopping and dive/snorkel shops. This is a perfect condo for a couple to get away and enjoy all the island has to offer. I would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be returning customers.
