George and Jody were awesome! We could not have asked for better hosts. They were so thorough in their information, and they were so available to answer any questions. The staff at the property were the kindest and really made this experience unforgettable. You can tell that they really love Belize and want to share everything it has to offer with their guests

We finally made it to San Pedro after Covid caused...
We finally made it to San Pedro after Covid caused us to postpone for 20 months! From the very beginning George was a dream to work with through all the craziness the world threw at us. Once we finally arrived, it was everything we had expected and more. Villa Natalia is cozy, stocked with everything you could need and in the BEST location. We didn't spend a ton of time inside because the outdoor set up with pool, beach and pier was phenomenal. But there was ample space inside, plenty of bathroom space (we have two teenage girls), comfy beds, tons of storage space and anything you could need in the kitchen. The property manager and neighbors welcomed us like we had always been there. We met so many lovely people (and dogs!) just sitting outside. George helped us find a great golf cart rental and we explored everything the island had to offer and took many of his restaurant recommendations (all wonderful). As a fellow VRBO-owner, Villa Natalia does everything right (and I have some pretty high standards). Do not hesitate to book your trip. Belize has the most lovely people, delicious food and zillions of things to do and see. Staying at George and Jodi's lovely home was just icing on the cake! We will be back for sure!!

Location is great . We have stayed north of San Pedro x 3 , this was our first stay south. Condo was as advertised. Trips into San Pedro are easy by cart . Never had any issues staying on Amberigris , but always nice to have police extension less than 100 yards away . Added bonus was beachside walk up swim bar ( Lighthouse Bar ? ) next door to condo . Get the coconut mojito !

Where do I even start!?? George is beyond the best...
Where do I even start!?? George is beyond the best as a host. We made several changes and he took them with ease and made it happen. The location of this condo is by far our favorite in San Pedro. The pool is perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The dock is perfect to enjoy the night breeze and ocean life. It was even perfect when we booked excursions for being picked up and dropped off right at our door. Roger(the grounds keeper) always has a smile on his face and TBC is fortunate to have him. Mary(condo management) arranged flights and assisted with any needs we had while in Belize. This condo is 3rd floor so the views are to die for and the balcony is the largest. I spent alot of time lounging in the hammock which was such an added bonus. The size of the condo is spacious and the couch was the place for lots of naps. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for meals. This is hands down the absolute best vacation we have been on and we have been on ALOT. We will be back!

We just returned from San Pedro. Villa Natalia was very clean, quiet and stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies.
We think a golf cart is a must to access groceries and restaurants tho there is a small grocery store and a nice restaurant, Black Orchid just up the street.
There are permanent residents living there but it seemed most were unoccupied during our stay.
I learned that my teenage boys won't swim in a 4' pool. Good to know.
My only suggestion for improvements is to get some cushions for the wood beach chairs.
