Some guests and I will get groceries and go on excursions together, some guests I rarely see. If you need me I am there....if you don't I can disappear.
Amazing views from our private balcony and the furnishings do elegant and comfortable. Great place to enjoy San Pedro and escape to a quiet retreat five minute boat ride from down town.

How to get there
To get to San Pedro from Belize City:
AIR - An 11 minute flight with Tropic Air will get you to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye in no time at all. Round Trip is approximately $160.00 USD/person. One Way is $89.95/person. I can reserve your flights and you would pay upon checking in at Tropic Air counter on the day of your arrival.
PRIVATE WATER TAXI COMPANY - You also have the option to transfer via Nautilus Express Water Taxi. 'Private' only means that it is a private company but you will not necessarily be transferring without other passengers...there may be up to 10 other passengers heading to San Pedro as well.
Nautilus Express picks you up from BZE Int'l Airport and transfer you straight to the pier on our property. (1.25 hours) The transfer includes rum punch, refreshments, snacks, music and a great start to your vacation! Approx. $140/person RT

PUBLIC FERRY - Another option is to take a taxi from BZE International Airport to Belize Express ferry terminal and hop on the ferry from Belize City to San Pedro. (1.75 hrs) However, it is a longer trip duration, does not supply refreshments, and you will not be dropped off at villa. Approx. $40/person RT. **This is the least enjoyed by most guests - they arrive tired, grumpy, and usually requesting I book the flight for them on their departure day**
Upon your arrival into either of the San Pedro ports, you will be greeted by one of our representatives who will then transfer you to our dock which is only 3 blocks from the airport. Dino, your Captain, will be awaiting you to take you on the scenic 2 minute water taxi to our property where a refreshment will be offered on our pier. . Easy Peasy!
